Terms of Service — J'unique Beauty Academy
1. Eligibility - By booking a course or masterclass with J'unique Beauty Academy, you confirm that you meet any stated prerequisites for that course. Some courses are open to beginners, while others (such as our Advanced Masterclasses) are designed for qualified artists only. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements before booking. You must be 18 years of age or over to attend any course or masterclass with J'unique Beauty Academy.
2. Deposits & Payments - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any course or masterclass. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date specified at the time of booking. Payment options are available. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in your place being forfeited without refund of your deposit.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule your place subject to availability, provided you give at least 14 days' notice prior to your course date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted to juniquebeautyofficial@gmail.com. In exceptional circumstances, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of J'unique Beauty Academy.
4. Intellectual Property - All course materials, techniques, content, and resources provided by J'unique Beauty Academy remain the intellectual property of J'unique Beauty Academy. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any course materials without prior written consent.
5. Photography & Filming - J'unique Beauty Academy may photograph or film training sessions for use on social media and marketing materials. By attending a course, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing prior to your course date at juniquebeautyofficial@gmail.com.
6. Health & Safety - It is your responsibility to inform J'unique Beauty Academy of any relevant allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to your course date. J'unique Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
7. Certification - Certificates of attendance are awarded upon attending all courses and masterclasses in full. Certificates of completion are awarded upon successful completion of the full course, including any practical assessments. J'unique Beauty Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where course requirements have not been met.
8. Liability - J'unique Beauty Academy accepts no liability for how students apply their training following completion of a course. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they are adequately insured and qualified before offering any treatments to clients. J'unique Beauty Academy's liability is limited to the value of the course fee paid.
9. Changes to Courses - J'unique Beauty Academy reserves the right to make changes to course content, dates, or locations where necessary. In the event of a significant change, students will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule.
