Refund policy

At J'unique Beauty Academy, all deposits paid to secure a place on any of our courses or masterclasses are strictly non-refundable.

 

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

 

Rescheduling 

If you are unable to attend your booked course, you may request to reschedule your place subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to your course date. Please contact us at juniquebeautyofficial@gmail.com to arrange this.

 

Same Day Cancellations And No Shows

Same day cancellations and/or failure to attend your training day, will result in the loss of the full course fee. No refund or further rescheduling will be offered.

 

Remaining Balances 

Any remaining balance due must be paid in full by the date specified at the time of booking - usually 14 days before training date. Payment options are also available. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in your place being forfeited.

 

Exceptional Circumstances 

In exceptional circumstances, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of J'unique Beauty Academy.
